HISTORY TIME LINE
SINCE TIME BEGAN : salus populi suprema est lex - the right of the people is the supreme law : IN TRUTH WE TRUST

In law shall be found the expressions of governance; through which the administration of the law shall establish a network for the composition, publication; and, enforcement of such laws as the society shall determine from time to time. And, it is within the bounds of the conventions, doctrines and treaties on the issues of natural justice that the social order of consecutively settled sovereign Peoples shall embrace the universal codes of fundamental civil, political and human rights; for it is the core of the nation state integrity that there shall exist a binary and balanced relationship of mutual respect between the nation state and the individual citizen therein; where a claim of right equates to a corresponding and simultaneous duty of care. The grandeur of governance is reflected through just and good cause; for it is the right of the Peoples that is the first law; arising out of the embers of the continuum of creation. And, therein, we witness the rising of the socio-economic paradigms of a just society in the modern era.
